With over 12 years of diverse hospitality experience; from exclusive private members' clubs, bustling restaurants and artisanal bakeries to elite private clients, athletes and royalty.
Being of dual Swiss/English nationality, born and raised in Bahrain, and working for prestigious culinary establishments all over London, my extensive experience spans a diverse range of cuisines, specific diets, allergies and food styles; savoury or sweet.
Through a naturopathic approach, using seasonal, whole, and organic ingredients I create nutritionally-balanced dishes, tailored to the individual dietary requirements and tastes of each client. Growing my own fruits, vegetables, and herbs is an important part of this process, it’s empowering to nurture food from seed to plate and deepens my connection to, and respect for, the high-quality ingredients I’m so fortunate to work with.
As a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Private Chef and Level 4 Personal Trainer, I am passionate about helping clients improve their health through balanced nutrition and lifestyle choices. I believe that an optimal diet paired with positive daily habits is key to overall well-being, while still allowing room for the occasional treat, of course!
